Cancellation Policy

To protect the time and availability of our studio, team, and creators, all bookings are subject to the following policy: Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your booking. • Bookings cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the booking fee. • This ensures we can offer the slot to another client and protect the time reserved for your session. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Any reschedule request made within 24 hours of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and charged in full. No-Show Policy • A no-show is defined as arriving more than 20 minutes late without communication, or failing to attend your session. • No-shows are charged the full booking amount with no refunds or transfers provided. Late Arrival • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session. • Late arrival does not extend your booking time and may impact what can be captured during your session. Refunds • Refunds are not available for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused time. • Refunds for eligible cancellations (48+ hours' notice) will be processed within 3–5 business days. Why This Policy Exists Our studio operates on pre-booked time slots and often accommodates clients, creators, and external partners. Late cancellations and no-shows limit availability for others and incur operational costs — this policy ensures fairness for everyone.
